PERSONNEL
Program Module (Personnel records) has been created as part
of the information system that should serve for importing
key personnel data, which could contribute to a more
efficient employment of existing human resources.
Part of the Module
refers includes recording of basic employee data (name,
surname, personal ID number, address, place of residence,
birthplace ...) and details related to the beginning of
employment (date of employment, past length of service, job,
coefficient, status, qualification ...).
Beside such static basic data, the
PERSONNEL
Program Module enables recording of employment contracts –
one or more–data related to the nationality, housing issue,
St.patron’s day, completed courses, special knowledge and
skills.

Based on the recorded
employment contract data, it is possible to print :
EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT, ANNEX TO THE CONTRACT, FORMS OF
EMPLOYEE APPLICATION WITH FUNDS - M1 FOR PENSION AND SOCIAL
INSURANCE on a blank paper or re-printed form. |

Decisions can also be created
for using the first and, later on, the second part of the
employee vacation (the program recalculates the remaining
days itself).

Beside the above listed
reports, this Program Module also offers a set of reports as
per various criteria : per education level, knowledge of
foreign languages, job appraisals ...
