The MIS Program Module is the module intended for company managers. It consists of a set of reports, classified by functions, which help making efficient business decisions.

MIS (Management Information System) is divided in functional units:

   Finance
   Operating activities
   Production
   Commodity
   Sale

As for Financial reports, the most important ones are: Gross balance, Closing Sheet, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Turnover per sub-analytical records, Partner account....

The Production Program Module contains reports used for analysis of stocks and trade in materials, semi-finished products and finished products, calculation of Production Order and analysis of planned production.

Other important reports that can be generated from the Production Module are: Non-current stocks, balance of stocks per price list, Calculation of Production order, turnover per type of document, the production plan on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual level.

The Commodity reports provide data on the turnover of merchandize. The reports are the same as those from the Production Module, but contains an additional report on the price difference.

The Sale groups of reports are composed of the reports that serve for tracking and comparing the sale outputs and controlling trade receivables. Certain reports can also be presented as graphs. The most significant reports are: Sale per region and partner, Performance per sales officer, Overview of sale in the period, Good delivered to buyer, Overview of sale and collection, Buyer Ranking List, Underlying trades ...
