PLANNING CALCULATION is part of Production program module, that enables planning and managing the costs of production in production plants.

Planning calculation is composed of direct costs of material, direct costs of labour, fixed costs and variable costs.

Direct costs of material can be entered or the program can display the last purchase price. Besides, it is possible to use the prices that have been entered into the price list.

Such obtained direct costs are increased by variable and fixed costs in order to obtain the full projected cost price of the finished product.

If the calculation also includes the selling price of the product and the planned rebate on the selling price, it is possible to calculate the product profitability.

Planning calculation can be made for one or more finished products.

The Program computes direct costs of material based on the Bill of materials– composition of the finished product.

Direct labour costs are computed based on the number of hours required for the preparation of product multiplied with the value of the hour for direct labour.

Planning calculations can be stored for later comparison with actual costs or with calculations from the previous period.
