The
PRODUCTION
Program Module offers several methods for managing
materials, goods and products.
Stock documents are: receipt notes, requisitions,
inter-warehouse transfer, delivery notes in retail, entry of
goods from production, surpluses, shortages, reservations,
return of goods to production ...

The
PRODUCTION
Program Module makes it possible to create a Working Order
on the basis of the standard Bill of Materials. The
Production Order itself may be modified by adding or
deleting certain components, while the quantities of
requisite material can also be altered. When certain
warehouses are defined as planning warehouses, it is
possible while creating a Production Order to track the
stock balance in those warehouses and shortages of materials
for the relevant order.

Requisition of materials is
connected with the accompanying Production Order. It is
possible to require the quantity larger than the one
prescribed in the Order, and produce a follow-up report on
exceeding the prescribed quantities.
The entry of goods from production correlates with the
accompanying Production Order, which gives a clear insight
into the quantity owned per order.
Reports that can be generated through the
PRODUCTION
Module are: sale over the period, breakdown of the entry of
goods from production, sale per region and partner,
calculation as per working order, item account, stocks
book-keeping journal, stock balance ...

Reports can be created both
in the national currency and selected accompanying currency.
